Yakima Valley Events (yakimavalley.events) is a free local events calendar for the Yakima Valley. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may browse the calendar, share links to event pages, and subscribe to the Weekender newsletter for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that disrupts service, overloads our systems, or interferes with other visitors
• Attempt to access non-public areas, scrape in ways that ignore reasonable limits we may publish, or bypass technical protections
• Misrepresent your relationship with Yakima Valley Events or imply our endorsement without permission
• Use automated tools to copy or republish listings without following the attribution rules below

We may update access rules, including rate limits on automated requests, as the site grows.

Event details on this site come from public sources, organizers, and community submissions. We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not run these events and we do not guarantee that dates, times, locations, prices, or descriptions are correct.

If you email us from our Add Event page or otherwise send event information for publication, you represent that you have the right to share that material and you grant Yakima Valley Events a non-exclusive license to publish, edit, format, and display it on the calendar and in related materials (such as the Weekender newsletter or social posts).

You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. We may decline, edit, or remove listings at our discretion.

We welcome partners, media, and other calendars that help people find valley events. If you copy, aggregate, syndicate, or republish event information from Yakima Valley Events, you must follow these rules:

• Link each event to its detail page on https://yakimavalley.events (the public URL for that specific event), not only our homepage or an unrelated third-party source
• Credit Yakima Valley Events by name, with a visible link to https://yakimavalley.events
• Do not remove, hide, or replace our credit with a generic label such as "local events" or another site's brand
• Do not present our listings as your own original work or imply that we endorse your product or service
