Get your event listed

We search websites and social pages across the Yakima Valley and add what we find. With how much is going on, we cannot guarantee your event gets picked up on its own. Sending the details is the surest way to get on the calendar, and it is always free for community listings.

Submit early when you can

The sooner an event is on the site, the more time search engines have to find it. We have no control over when they crawl a page, so early submissions help neighbors discover the listing on their own.

When we post it

Most events go live within 72 hours of your email. If the date is very soon, mark it urgent in your message and we will try to post within 24 hours. Urgent requests still depend on how quickly search engines pick up new pages, so the listing may appear on the calendar before it shows up elsewhere.

What to send

Include the event title, date, time, and a full street address. A short description helps a lot. If the event is already on Facebook or another site with the full details, send that link instead.
