Bosma Estate Winery teams up with Chef Gilbert Kalombo of Lion Chef Africa for a five-course dinner built on his warming spices and distinctive flavors, each course paired with a Bosma wine. Bosma opens its Vault for the 2021 Merlot, 2020 Clone 4 Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2022 Straight Shooter, and pours the 2020 Clone 4 side by side with the newly released 2024 vintage.
