Swing Dance with Ellensburg Big Band and Will Luhrs at Ramsay Center Ballroom in Ellensburg
An 18-piece swing band and a guest vocalist from New Zealand fill a downtown ballroom for a night of dancing.
About
The Ellensburg Swing Out returns with the Ellensburg Big Band, a community swing and jazz orchestra in the 1940s dance-band tradition, joined by Berklee-trained New Zealand vocalist Will Luhrs. The night starts with a beginner swing lesson, then the band plays for dancers and listeners in the Ramsay Ballroom above the Clymer Museum.
